WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Social Media Skills:
- Working knowledge with Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram (Reels, IGTV, Story)
- Knowledge (but not required) with Podcast SEO
- Can do engagement in different social media platforms and respond to comments and messages.
- Know how hashtags work and hashtag strategies
- Can build the right audience
- Know the proper timing of publishing social media posts
- Can create insights reports and monitor the growth of each platform
- Able to engage between 08:00 and 21:00 European time
- Knows how to run FB / IG / Pinterest

Abilities:
- Can handle direct and blunt feedback and course-correct as necessary
- Insane attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously — gets things done, meets deadlines, and keeps promises
- Adapts really well to changes on-the-go
- Organized
- Technologically savvy
- You communicate in English

Preferred but not required:
Knowledge with the following platforms:
- Kajabi
- Wix
- Google Drive
- Google Spreadsheet
- Asana
- Sendible
