Session 1: Communication + Brand Audit

We look at everything your business is already putting out. Website, social media, emails, proposals, bio, content, photos, tone, and the overall impression someone gets before they ever speak to you. We identify what is too vague, what sounds like bragging, what feels mismatched, and where the right buyer is still left guessing.

Session 2: Client Language + Buyer Questions

We stop communicating from the business side and start using the words, doubts, and priorities of the person buying. We pull out what your actual clients care about, the questions they ask before hiring, what made past clients say yes, what they misunderstood, and what still makes people hesitate. This is where the real shift happens.

Session 3: Brand + Communication Strategy

We define how your business should be understood. What you need to be known for, what your content should make people realize, what proof matters, what stories matter, what to stop performing, and what needs to become more obvious across your marketing. This session also looks at how you come across, not only in words but in overall impression, because perception drives buying decisions before logic does.

Session 4: Content + Brand Direction

We turn the strategy into usable direction. What to create first, what to repeat, what to stop doing, and how to brief a social media person, designer, or team if you have one. Depending on what you need most this can include content themes, email direction, social media angles, bio language, sales page structure, or client facing messages.
